I am Margott Skeen, Director of Technology, Marketing, and Agent Success at RE/MAX SKY in Downey, CA, serving the greater Los Angeles County area. With more than 15 years of experience in real estate marketing and strategic planning, I bring a perspective shaped by deep industry roots. For 16 years, I owned and operated a full-service marketing and social media company specializing exclusively in real estate, serving agents, brokerages, and all sectors of the industry. This hands-on experience in building brands, generating leads, and driving results gives me a distinct advantage in understanding what agents truly need to succeed.
Before joining RE/MAX SKY, I spent 7 years as a Deputy Trade Commissioner for the Trade Department of Mexico, specializing in international trade, marketing, and product management, providing me with a strong foundation in business development, strategic growth, and leadership.
I hold a BS in Business, Finance Investments, Financial Management, Real Estate, and Business Law from CSULB, and I was proud to be a featured speaker at the RE/MAX International Convention R4 2026.
